Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' immediate and long-term social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients and families dealing with issues related to end-of-life care, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
