Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Brightside Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and personal goals.

• Developing individualized therapeutic strategies and treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, family therapy sessions, and individual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records according to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring full compliance with healthcare standards.

• Participating in regular professional development, including workshops and training seminars, to remain current with the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Compensation and Benefits\n
