Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a school Paraprofessional, CNA, RBT, or similar supportive educational role
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers to address student needs
- Capability to assist with classroom management, instructional tasks, and care routines
- Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity when working with students and families
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students as guided by teaching staff
- Assist with academic activities, classroom organization, and reinforcing instruction
- Support students with daily living, mobility, and personal needs as appropriate for your credential
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Track and report student progress to the educational team
- Participate in professional development or training as needed
