Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, progress, and self-management strategies for improving health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment hypotheses, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and clinical program development to enhance service visibility and patient engagement.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and students, helping to cultivate the next generation of physical therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Aspirus, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients who may be recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
