We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation facility in Winchester, a vibrant community that values health and wellness. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance while dedicating yourself to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to create personalized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practices.
• Provide evaluation services, including gathering pertinent medical history, performing specific assessments, and documenting treatment recommendations.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, considering the patient's evolving health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to modify and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and any changes in conditions.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, documenting each patient's progress with clarity and precision to aid in continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance with corporate, clinical, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high-quality treatments daily while managing departmental productivity and patient needs effectively.
• Consistently engage in team initiatives to eliminate barriers to patient access to therapy and improve overall service delivery.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and in-services to remain integrated within the healthcare community and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring varying levels of therapy tailored to their individual needs. You will work closely with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. The goal is to empower patients through rehabilitative practices to restore function and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active and valid state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• A minimum of two years of documented physical therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and compliance with health protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience with digital health applications or solutions that can aid therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
