This position is onsite, allowing you to interact closely with patients in a comfortable rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Winchester, Virginia. Our modern facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology, enabling our Physical Therapists to provide the highest standard of care. As a Physical Therapist at Cross Country Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery and developing individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs.

Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on modalities, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.

Documenting treatment outcomes meticulously to track patient progress and adjusting treatment objectives as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.

Providing education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding treatment methods, assistive devices, and effective self-management strategies.

Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest methodologies in physical therapy.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for all patients.

The patient demographic at Cross Country Physical Therapy includes a diverse range of individuals facing various health challenges, from children with developmental issues to adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries. A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).

A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.

Proficient computer skills, including word processing and electronic health record systems.
