Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Swift Peace, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university is required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
