Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will work in a collaborative, supportive environment, primarily focusing on home care settings. Your practice will be onsite, where you interact directly with patients in their homes, allowing for personalized assessments and treatments. Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will revolve around delivering comprehensive physical therapy services. Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Assessing and recommending modifications to clients' home environments to promote independence and facilitate rehabilitation.
• Delivering physical therapy interventions, including manual therapies and specialized exercise regimens.
• Administering treatments such as traction and massage, alongside other modalities involving physical agents.
• Evaluating, fitting, and adjusting orthotic and prosthetic devices, providing feedback for necessary modifications.
• Participating actively in care plan development, review, and updates, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Documenting clinical records meticulously, including evaluations, care plans, and progress notes, per company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members during case conferences to discuss treatment objectives and outcomes.
• Training clients and their families on the use of therapy devices while delivering education about their overall therapy program.
• Remaining accessible to physical therapy assistants during their client treatments for guidance and support as mandated by state law.
• Completing all assigned tasks that help us achieve our organizational goals and enhance patient care.

Qualifications
