Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and needs through comprehensive assessments, including physical examinations and discussions regarding medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of patients referred by physicians.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to facilitate recovery.
• Provide patient-focused care throughout all phases of recovery, ensuring accessibility to therapy services both in-clinic and in-home as necessary.
• Establish and maintain open communication with patients and their caregivers, offering education and resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and cultivate a collaborative approach to treatment.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role encompasses treating a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric disabilities, and sports-related ailments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in maintaining patient records and meeting healthcare documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to financial rewards, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
