Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in a collaborative environment alongside a team consisting of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Together, we foster an atmosphere of teamwork and dedication to patient care, while conducting our services in a warm and welcoming rehabilitation center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patients' needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Manage a patient load typically ranging from 2 to 3 patients per hour, ensuring consistent progress and personalized attention.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively to aid in rehabilitation and recovery processes.
• Educate patients on non-invasive treatment options, focusing on enhancing range of motion and overall mobility.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with each individual's specific needs and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and techniques to optimize patient care.
• Track progress and outcomes, documenting services accurately in EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Encourage and motivate patients, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility, and balance for improved health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic is diverse, including athletes recuperating from injuries, individuals seeking rehabilitation from surgeries, and patients with chronic pain conditions. Your role will directly impact their recovery journey, and you will be instrumental in helping them achieve their personal health and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proficient in using EMR software tools, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within sports medicine or outpatient care.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary teamwork is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
