Work Environment

Your scheduled hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, developing individual treatment plans based on their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, providing adequate time and attention to each patient to ensure high-quality care.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care and utilize various physical therapy techniques to restore motion and improve patients' physical function.
• Employ non-surgical approaches and cost-effective treatments that focus on the promotion of long-term health and well-being.
• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that address cardiovascular health, flexibility, strength, and mobility.
• Use evidence-based interventions tailored to patient needs, carefully monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, instilling confidence and a positive outlook on their recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation using EMR software such as WebPT to document treatment processes, outcomes, and clinical notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure an integrative approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) along with a valid, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Emphasize a clean licensing history, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Showcase proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques and a thorough understanding of therapeutic exercises.
• Demonstrate familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for effective documentation.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices and interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in outpatient clinics with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred.
• Track record of developing and successfully implementing personalized exercise regimens and wellness plans.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and motivate patients throughout their treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
