Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a home care environment, where you will engage directly with patients in the comfort of their own homes. As an onsite physical therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities

As our Home Care Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgical procedures.
• Establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, leveraging a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and advanced equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to adjust treatment goals as necessary.
• Introduce and fit patients for assistive devices that promote self-care and mobility.
• Provide training for patients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring they understand the physical therapy process and how to support recovery at home.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
