Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions by reviewing medical history, performing specific assessments, and analyzing physical capabilities to devise effective treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment protocols to patients and their families, encouraging collaboration in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols that are customized for each patient based on their specific conditions, progress, and current healthcare trends.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals to secure comprehensive patient care, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach when necessary.
• Monitor and document changes in patients' conditions, adjusting care plans as required, and consulting with appropriate medical professionals or specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim summaries, and discharge evaluations, thereby maintaining transparency in the care journey.
• Manage time effectively and consistently meet productivity expectations while maintaining a schedule that adheres to prescribed timelines.
• Participate in marketing initiatives that promote our services within the community while maintaining a strong personal presence in patient care.
• Contribute to team discussions aimed at achieving department goals and comply with all applicable health regulations and accreditation standards.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education opportunities, actively contributing to the growth of yourself and the organization.
• Serve as a clinical instructor for student interns, providing guidance, mentorship, and practical learning opportunities.
• Support patient access and satisfaction through adaptability and by removing any barriers to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from those recovering from surgeries or injuries to individuals managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and appropriate state license as required for your location.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
• Successful completion of the physical therapy program and necessary clinical placements.

Preferred Experience

• While two years of prior work experience in the field is required, we also welcome new graduates who demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm for patient care and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in home care or outpatient settings will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and education, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
