We are seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists to join our team at Oakbend Physical Therapy in Winchester, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, with therapists providing care directly in the homes of patients. You will work Monday through Friday, totaling a 40-hour work week. Our work environment emphasizes collaboration and communication, with a shared goal of fostering patient success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Oakbend, you will be tasked with:

• Evaluating patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing specialized therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Providing skilled therapy sessions in patients' homes to facilitate healing and improve function.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes and enhance the quality of care.
• Collaborating with a broader medical team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to establish coordinated care plans.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to encourage self-management and recovery.
• Meeting utilization goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to treat a diverse array of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Your work will directly impact their pain management, mobility, and quality of life, emphasizing our mission to keep patients in motion.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid DPT license to practice in Virginia.
• A degree from a physical therapy program accredited by APTA or CAPTE.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a recognized institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the care team.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with word processing and patient management software.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Experience in home health care or working with the populations we serve can be beneficial but is not mandatory. A strong desire to build positive relationships within our community and an eagerness to learn and grow will set you apart as a candidate.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
