Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions focusing on the emotional and psychological needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client backgrounds, problems, and treatment needs.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans to guide therapeutic progress, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to approach client care holistically.

• Provide culturally responsive services, ensuring respect for the individual customs and beliefs of clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring HIPAA compliance throughout.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including children, teens, adults, and families. Many clients come to us seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with clients from various cultural backgrounds, underscoring the importance of cultural sensitivity in your practice and adapting your therapeutic methods to suit each client's needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Spanish for providing bilingual therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting, particularly with children, adults, and families.

• Ability to empathize and connect with clients from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Strong knowledge and adherence to HIPAA and related confidentiality requirements, with completion of relevant training.

• A willingness to work as an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.

Preferred Experience\n

• Professional training in one or more therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Established areas of specialization, such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience with EHR software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
\n
• A proven track record of managing client caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
