Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, guiding them through the nuances of therapeutic practices and clinical responsibilities.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, engaging in continuous dialogue to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, assessing client progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $65,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and designated as above market for similar roles.
