Role Responsibilities - What Awaits You

• Carry out both routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory examinations including chemistry, hematology, immunology and more, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Verify accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Meticulously document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and contribute toward maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
