We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with job postings.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR programs, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports for leadership on workforce metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist/Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
