Benefits and Compensation Manager

Role Description This full-time, on-site Benefits and Compensation Manager role is based in Morrow, GA. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting job evaluations, maintaining compensation structures, analyzing market data, and recommending salary adjustments to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. The manager oversees employee benefits administration, including health plans, retirement programs, and leave policies, while addressing employee inquiries and ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance. This role collaborates with HR leadership and finance to develop policies, prepare reports, support annual budgeting and merit cycles, and provide guidance to managers on compensation and benefits decisions. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in job evaluation and compensation management, including assessing roles and determining appropriate pay levels. Strong experience in employee benefits and benefits administration, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. Proficiency in designing and maintaining compensation structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans aligned with organizational strategy. Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to pay and benefits, with the ability to ensure compliance. Advanced analytical skills with experience using HRIS and spreadsheets to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advise leaders and support employees in a clear, inclusive manner. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently on-site in Morrow, GA.
