Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain crisis alerts for effective coordination with county crisis services for program participants.

• Coordinate and document transitions to hospital/inpatient services and program transfers as needed, liaising with hospital staff to facilitate smooth discharges.

• Employ crisis de-escalation techniques and provide milieu support effectively as the Clinician of the Day.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to meet the specific needs of clients.
\n
• Participate in regular training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance your skills in telehealth methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by Easy Calming Mind Wellness Clinic includes individuals experiencing mental health challenges that require professional counseling support. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, contingent upon your caseload and experience level.
