Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s circumstances, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization through effective and compassionate support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment reports.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals—to create a comprehensive care plan that promotes optimal client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and any relevant continuing education opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad client base, ranging from individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to couples facing relational difficulties and families in crisis. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
