Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Legal Recruiter, Partner Recruiting for a dynamic and expanding professional services firm. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Washington, DC .

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Legal Recruiter, Partner Recruiting plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s growth through the identification and attraction of high-impact legal talent. This position sits at the intersection of recruiting and strategy, partnering closely with leadership to support lateral partner hiring and market expansion initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and engage high-caliber partner-level legal talent through targeted research and strategic outreach Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates, supporting long-term engagement and pipeline development Manage and track partner recruiting activity, ensuring an organized, accurate, and forward-moving pipeline Develop compelling candidate materials, summaries, and insights to support leadership decision-making Coordinate key stages of the recruiting lifecycle, delivering a thoughtful and high-touch candidate experience Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support recruiting strategy, market insights, and process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in partner-level or executive recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment Understanding of legal market dynamics and lateral hiring strategies Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior professionals Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Analytical and strategic mindset with an interest in market trends and growth initiatives

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a salary range of $110,000 – $130,000+ annually, with flexibility based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
