Commercial Real Estate Associate

I am working with a Leading Real Estate Firm who are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst/Associate to join their tech team in New York. Analyse commercial real estate investment opportunities by building financial models, underwriting acquisitions, and evaluating projected returns, cash flows, and key investment metrics (IRR, equity multiple, cap rates). Conduct market research and due diligence, including analysing comparable transactions, lease comps, tenant profiles, local market trends, and economic drivers to assess investment potential. Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior team members and investment committees, summarising financial analysis, risks, and recommendations. Support transaction execution by coordinating due diligence with brokers, lenders, legal counsel, and third-party consultants, while reviewing leases, financial statements, appraisals, and property documents. Monitor portfolio performance by tracking property operating results, updating valuation models, preparing asset management reports, and identifying opportunities to enhance value through leasing, refinancing, or disposition strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
