Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a current OT license
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy, home health, teletherapy, or related healthcare OT settings
• Solid understanding of fine and gross motor skill interventions for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in school activities

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver services designed to improve fine/gross motor skills, adaptive techniques, and functional participation in the classroom
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
• Document assessments, treatment activities, and outcomes according to school protocols
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Utilize teletherapy tools as needed to reach students virtually
