Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on treatment planning, contributing effectively to the design of pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure quality service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as provided by the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to develop positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold clinic standards.

• Serve as a liaison with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to expand our reach and resourcefulness.

• Foster open lines of communication within the team and with community partners to align with organizational goals.

• Establish relationships with local and governmental agencies to promote our clinic’s mission and secure potential partnerships.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences, conducting workshops, and participating in statewide initiatives.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational goals.
