Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, deep diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Work closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal circumstances, cultural considerations, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), through individual and group sessions, with a particular focus on end-of-life issues.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to address acute distress in patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries aligned with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Provide psychoeducation and resources to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive, client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
