Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their backgrounds, goals, and cultural considerations, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, abiding by clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand their mental health conditions and equipping them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments, adjusting plans as required to meet patient needs.

• Keep informed about current research and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
