Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in line with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.
