Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function, limitations, and disabilities, collaborating closely with the referring physician to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Design and execute targeted treatment programs that address specific patient needs, ensuring alignment with physician directives and evolving patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate records documenting assessments, treatments, patient progress, and outcomes utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to support quality assurance and accountability.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, guiding their interactions with patients to enhance treatment effectiveness and achieve established goals.
• Engage in ongoing analysis of therapeutic interventions, utilizing outcomes data to evaluate success and inform adjustments in care plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care approaches, ensuring comprehensive treatment that considers each patient's unique circumstances and health history.
