Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's therapeutic goals using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Utilize a variety of techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote functional independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and outcomes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Regularly reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing clinical conditions.
• Provide education and training for patients, their families, and caregivers on physical therapy procedures and the use of assistive devices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities including workshops and seminars to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, from children to older adults, each presenting with unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Your role will focus on not just physical recovery, but enhancing each patient's overall quality of life through personalized, compassionate care. Whether a patient is recovering from orthopedic surgery, managing a chronic illness, or rehabilitating from an injury, your expertise will play a key role in their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using technology for patient management, including electronic health records.
• Ability to adapt to various situations and manage a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, though new graduates will be considered as we offer mentorship programs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
