Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments through interviews and standardized assessment tools to accurately diagnose clients' mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods in alignment with best practices.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailored to the unique challenges and goals of each client.

• Initiate crisis intervention techniques when necessary, providing immediate support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to create holistic care plans that address all facets of a client’s well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
