HR Senior Officer

HR Senior Officer based in Cambridgeshire 30 hours per week Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team and provide expertise across all aspects of the HR operation. If you are passionate about people and are highly efficient, they would like to meet you. Excellent organisational skills and relevant experience is a priority for this position. The purpose of your job is to be responsible for our client's human resources requirements, management of HR systems, processes, policies, and organisational support and governance. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure their HR department supports their employees and volunteers while conforming to employment laws and internal policies. Your main base will be within Cambridgeshire, your main hub base will be dependent on your location, but you will work alongside colleagues working from all their hubs across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
