Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setup, facilitating a work-life balance that is essential for supporting your mental health while serving others. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but some flexibility is required to accommodate evening and weekend sessions based on client needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using telehealth tools and electronic health records to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both office-based telehealth settings and community environments.

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in case management and crisis intervention to support clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Participate actively as a team member, fostering collaboration to achieve collective goals and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our community health clinic, you will work directly with a diverse client base, including individuals across various socio-economic backgrounds who may be experiencing mental health issues exacerbated by lack of access to appropriate resources. This role demands sensitivity to the cultural traditions, beliefs, and experiences of each client while promoting empowerment and choice in their treatment journeys.

Qualifications\n
