This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in both your work schedule and environment. Work hours typically span Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, maintaining a balanced work-life schedule while encouraging productivity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health issues through virtual sessions.

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ mental health including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Develop and implement culturally competent and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring measurable objectives and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to create an integrated care approach for clients and track their progress effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, thus fostering an informed support network.
\n
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and clinical insight.

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans utilizing electronic health records (EHR).

• Adhere to ethical standards of practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
