Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, utilizing open-ended interviewing techniques to gather nuanced insights into patients' situations, needs, and histories.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, uniquely tailored to meet each patient's goals.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support group sessions aimed at addressing common mental health topics, thereby fostering community and reducing feelings of isolation.

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele presenting with a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
