Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, history, and personal circumstances.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with adult clients who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health issues. Our client population is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds, cultures, and unique life circumstances. You will work to foster a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical services in a mental health setting, showcasing strong competencies in therapeutic practices.

• Proficient in the use of computer systems, particularly MS Outlook, Word, and familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress accurately.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering teletherapy and a familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities are highly desirable. Additionally, awareness of community resources and support systems that can aid in client recovery will enhance your ability to connect clients with holistic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
