Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services, your role will be multifaceted, encompassing the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients entering the detox program.
\n
• Collaborate with families, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and monitor treatment progress.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation to families and individuals, equipping them with coping strategies during the recovery process.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations relevant to substance use treatments and detox services.
\n
• Facilitate support groups and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting all sessions and treatment plans.
\n
• Develop and execute strategies for crisis intervention when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults undergoing detoxification due to substance use disorders. You will engage empathetically with clients who may be experiencing a variety of challenges associated with addiction, including psychological distress, family dynamics, and social integration issues. You will work towards ensuring they receive the support necessary for successful recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience in the mental health or substance abuse field.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment while maintaining a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees will enjoy:
