Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on whether you are working part-time or full-time. Full-time counselors can expect salaries between $115,000 to $130,000, with bonuses based on performance and client satisfaction. Part-time roles offer flexibility with salaries ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
