Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for work-life balance while actively engaging with clients through virtual platforms. Thursday through Monday, therapists will operate in a structured schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating efficient time management and collaboration. Daily life will involve utilizing digital communication tools and evidence-based therapeutic resources to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate directly with clients to design personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients’ recovery processes.

• Guide and educate clients and their families, providing crucial information about mood disorders, available treatment options, and strategies for effective self-care.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in mood disorder treatment options and contribute to ongoing improvements in clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster collaborative approaches to care.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, challenging mental health stigmas and striving to meet their individualized needs.

The primary focus of this role encompasses clients dealing with mood disorders, specifically those experiencing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our client base includes a diverse demographic, ranging from individuals living in challenging socioeconomic conditions to victims of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
