Work Environment

The role is based onsite in our outpatient clinic, providing a vibrant and dynamic workplace where teamwork is at the core of our operations. Working hours are typically 40 hours per week, with some flexibility required for weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and functional limitations.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers regarding the continuum of care for patients, ensuring a seamless transition between different stages of treatment.
• Engage directly with patients of all ages and backgrounds, adhering to our rigorous customer service standards to ensure a compassionate and respectful interaction.
• Conduct evaluations incorporating patient histories, physical assessments, and treatment goals, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Incorporate documentation practices in line with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including the submission of charges for services rendered.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team — including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff — to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Lead community outreach efforts and participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance clinic operations and patient outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise assigned support staff, while overseeing department resources effectively.
• Maintain all licensure and regulatory requirements, while engaging in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
