Med Surg Nurse - New Building 4E Faulkner 36 Day/Evening

Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient care for assigned patients in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care as outlined in the Clinical Practice Manual. The RN should demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs, and assume full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN will also practice the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
