Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions through our secure telehealth platform, focusing on client needs and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to guide client sessions, ensuring each interaction is tailored to the unique circumstances of the individual.

• Participate in case management, coordination, and follow-up treatment plans in collaboration with clients to facilitate their progress.

• Access and utilize an extensive library of therapy tools to enhance the therapeutic experience and effectiveness of sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress with minimal administrative burden, allowing more time to engage meaningfully with clients.
\n
• Set and manage your own caseload, with the flexibility to take on as little as 5 hours per week or up to 40+ hours a week based on your availability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, focusing primarily on stable, low-acuity clients who have been screened prior to engagement. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping these clients navigate their mental health challenges, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Connecticut.

• No prior disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Demonstrable excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
\n
• Ability to create a dedicated space for practice that complies with all privacy and confidentiality regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in managing your own caseload and familiarity with remote counseling practices.

• Having dual or multi-state certifications would be an advantage, providing greater flexibility in client service.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Other benefits include:
