About the Role As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
