Enterprise Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Enterprise Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives targeted at enterprise‑level clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies that drive revenue growth in large organizations. Details Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise‑focused marketing campaigns to promote our HRIS/ERP offerings to HR leaders, IT decision‑makers, and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and client needs. Create targeted content, presentations, and messaging for C‑level and decision‑maker engagement. Develop competitive intelligence and market insights to inform marketing strategies. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS or IT. Prior experience in a fast‑paced or high‑growth organization. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and Sales. Experience marketing to enterprise clients across multiple geographies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 150,000 net + 10% on all closed sales deal.
