Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider both psychological and medical factors impacting patients' mental well-being.

• Develop, implement, and adjust integrated treatment plans that effectively address both psychiatric disorders and co-occurring medical conditions.

• Facilitate personalized individual therapy sessions and group therapy programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our patients, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies.

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical health, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals we serve often present with co-occurring medical conditions that complicate their mental health treatment. Our patient population includes adults and adolescents experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
