This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours and the ability to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via telehealth to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns and formulate clinically sound diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities that align with the specific goals and needs of clients.

• Provide individualized, group, and family therapy, employing techniques that suit the unique dynamics of clients and their circumstances.

• Offer crisis intervention and timely support during acute mental health crises, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective assistance.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, guiding them toward available treatment options and community resources that can further assist them.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve treating a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your cultural competence and sensitivity will be critical in assessing their situations and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Active mental health therapist license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
\n
• Minimum of two years of related experience in providing mental health services.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate therapeutic rapport.

• Ability to function autonomously while collaborating effectively with the larger team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, and comes with a sign-on bonus.
