Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs thoroughly using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans leveraging therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring clients' privacy is respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
