Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to identify concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies tailored to the unique backgrounds and goals of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or other relevant modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results meticulously to adhere to both ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive, integrative care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Proactively educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with industry best practices through workshops, seminars, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Radiant Spirit Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, enabling them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively understand and address client needs.

• Minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaboratively work with a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
