Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. The goal is to empower individuals to overcome hurdles and enhance their quality of life through well-structured therapeutic support. You'll play a vital role in helping our clients tap into their strengths and develop resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current state-issued mental health counseling license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) that allows independent practice. Note: provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic approach to client engagement.

• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate virtual counseling platforms and maintain electronic documentation.

• A reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities alongside a dependable internet connection for remote sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who possess a robust background in outpatient individual counseling and experience working in diverse clinical settings. Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms is a plus, and familiarity with solution-focused therapies will enhance your candidacy.
