Desired Qualifications:
- Active Special Education teaching credential (California preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field

- Proven ability to adapt instructional methods and curriculum for individual student growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, review, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals and parents
- Employ data-driven instructional strategies, regularly monitoring student progress
- Foster safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environments
- Provide direct support and accommodations in academic, social, and behavioral domains
- Work closely with general education teachers to support classroom integration and modifications
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, team meetings, and professional development as needed
